• Pen
• Sunscreen
• Sandals/flip-flops
• Tennis shoes
• All needed personal items (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.)
• Towels
• Modest summer clothes
• Swimsuits (girls bring your favorite one-piece)
• Long pants, skirts, capris for evening worship services
• Pillow, sleeping bag and/or twin size bed sheets
• Water bottle
• Bag (i.e. cinch sack/backpack to carry around Bible, tickets, water, etc…)

What NOT to Bring:

• Cell Phones
• CD player/i-pod/mp3 player
• Gameboys
• Electronic games
• Water guns
• Water balloons
• Shaving cream
• Radio

TIPS FROM AN EXPERIENCED MOM/CHAPERONE:

• Send bug spray or bug repellent lotion!!
• Pack an outfit for each day in a large ziplock bag labeled with the day - This makes it easy for your child to grab an outfit without having to dig. And, they can put their dirty clothes in the bag.
• Label everything (towels, sleeping bag, pillows, clothes, shampoo bottles, etc.)

Directions to Linden Valley Baptist Conference Center

• From Jackson, travel East on Interstate 40.
• Take exit 143 (Linden/Waverly) and drive south on Hwy 13.
• Approximately 22 miles south of I-40, Hwy 412/100 will cross Hwy. 13.  Continue driving straight on Hwy 13.
• Drive approximately 6.5 miles, and you will see a sign for Linden Valley on the left.
• Turn left at the sign and follow the road approximately 1 mile directly into the camp.
