These guidelines are intended to provide for the safe use of our buildings and grounds and to insure your use of it is honorable to God. All users should treat this as a place of worship and are accountable to the church for use and care of these facilities.

Please read the following information carefully. The following guidelines have been set by West Jackson Baptist Church and must be met in order to reserve the recreational facility.

Recreational Facility:

• Must be a member of WJBC.
• Reservations must be made through the Recreation Ministry Office at least two (2) weeks in advance.
• The recreational facility is available for reservation only on Saturdays for private events.
• WJBC functions will have priority in reserving any of the facilities within the Activities Center.
• Private functions may start no earlier than 3 pm and end no later than 6 pm.
• Food is allowed in the lobby area only.
• May have access to entire lobby area.
• All functions are responsible for cleaning up the facility when finished.
• No outside entertainment may be brought into the recreation facility. This includes but is not limited to dande jumpers, inflatable slides, etc.
• WJBC assumes no responsibility for any equipment, merchandise, or property left within the facility or on the property.
• The user shall not cause or permit any injury, marring, or defacing of the facility. No nails, hooks, tacks, or screws can be driven in any part of the facility.
• At no time should the user permit chairs, equipment, etc. to block or obstruct any entries, passages, halls, or openings required for the standard or emergency flow of people.
• Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the building at any time without the supervision of an adult affiliated with the group. The adult is responsible for monitoring and maintaining control of the users the entire time they are on the premises.

Pricing

The recreation facility can be reserved for private functions for $75.00 for 1 ½ hours. Compliance with the expectations written above will result in a refund of $25.00.
