The main purpose of the Child Development Center at West Jackson Baptist Church is to provide a safe and happy Christian environment for preschool age children while parents are working outside the home.

Rates

Hours/Ages: We are open Monday - Friday (5 days a week) from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for ages 6 weeks - 5 years old

Registration: Registration Fees are $50 per child or $75 per family and non-refundable. Fees are due on May 1st of each year or upon enrollment.

Tuition: Tuition Fees are $135 per child or $256.50 for two children per week. Fees are due on Monday of each week.

Forms

Children between the ages of six weeks and five are eligible for admission to West Jackson Baptist Church Child Development Center.

Parents desiring to enroll a child must make an initial visit to the Center and meet with the director for the purpose of observing and discussing all policies. An appointment for this initial visit should be made by calling the director at 731.660.8606.

In order to reserve a place for your child, a registration fee must be paid at the time of enrollment. The registration fee is valid for the remainder of the calendar year following the initial enrollment. Registration fees are collected in the Spring for Fall re-enrollment. Every child must pay a current registration fee to be enrolled for the Fall program. A packet of forms will be given to the parent after the child is enrolled. Forms included are: information, questionnaire, health, center agreement, DHS and registration card. These forms should be returned on, or before, the first day of classes.

Calendar of Holidays

West Jackson Baptist Church Child Development Center will be closed on the following holidays each year:

• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Friday following Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve Day
• Christmas Day

(We will close the week between Christmas and New Year's - You will not be charged for that week)

If a holiday falls on Saturday, the Friday before will be observed as the holiday. If a holiday falls on Sunday, the Monday after will be observed as the holiday.

The Center will also observe two In-Service days per year. You will be notified at the beginning of each year of the dates.
