Adults experience Connection in the context of an Adult small group Bible study ministry called Bible Fellowship Teams (BFT). This ministry provides Adults with an opportunity to interact with relevant truth from the Bible in the setting of valued relationships. This authentic community develops as adults with similar ages, interests, and/or family structures share the experiences of life together with a common desire to become more like Christ. This is accomplished by engaging in discipleship, evangelism, worship, fellowship, missions and prayer.

The Bible Fellowship TEAMS strategy is based on the Core Values of West Jackson Baptist Church and is the foundational strategy for leading Adults to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and for developing fully devoted followers of Christ through small groups (Bible Fellowship Teams) that engage people in evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry/missions, worship and prayer for the intentional purpose of Kingdom Growth.
